Body Clickers accepts returns For Store Credit Only under the following conditions :
- Returned items must be in original sealed packaging
- Returned items must be unused / unworn
- Returned must be received within 15 days of delivery date*
- All Sales are Final for customers who use Afterpay / SHOPPAY payment as their order payment method.
*Please Note: A 10% fee will be deducted from your store credit for cancellation of any and all custom or personalized orders. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit for items returned outside of the fifteen (15) day return window.
No returns will be accepted on items made from 14k Gold or Sterling Silver, Custom or Personalized items and closeout sale items .
A Shipping Fee of $2.95 will be deducted from your store credit.
How do I return an item?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org (Monday - Friday 9am -5pm EST) with the following information:
- Order Number
- Item to return
- Item condition
- Why item is being returned
We will get back to you within 24 - 48 Business Hours. We are closed on Saturday & Sunday, as well as ALL major HOLIDAYS.
Once your item is received we will inspect and notify you if your item has been approved or denied.
How will Body Clickers resolve my return?
We process store credits for the cost of the item with no exceptions. Because of the nature or our product, Refunds are not an option.
Once customer service receives your complete information and confirms that all return requirements for your order have been met you will receive authorization for your return.
Please send your return items and return to the address provided within fifteen (15) days of your original purchase date.
I sent my return! How soon will it be processed?
When we receive your return it will take 3 to 5 days to process. When processing is complete you will receive an email that confirms your return authorization and we will process your store credit for the return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s) unless the item received was damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable, you will receive store credit for the exact price you pay for the product(s) minus any fees and/or coupons used if applicable.

Return Policy on Custom and Personalized Items
Because custom and personalized jewelry including anodized titanium is made to order with specific customer requirements in mind, we are not able to process returns for any Custom or Personalized items. All sales are final on these items.
We try our best to offer competitive priced jewelry at a high quality, to ensure this we are unable to accept returns on unwanted items, please contact us for help on sizing You can also use a ruler for length measurements.
If you need to, you can also try on something by purchasing a low cost item such as a retainer, but keep in mind that you can't return the item you tried.
You can also go to your piercing specialist or your local piercing specialist and ask for your size.
Keep in mind that if something appears too large or too small to you, that is your personal preference, and it's not an issue with the size of the item. Only you can determine exactly what you prefer.
